Vegan Salisbury Steaks

This Vegan Salisbury Steak meal is so hearty and delicious! 

Ingredients

Make the steaks by adding the vegan beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, worcestershire, onion powder, and garlic powder to a large bowl. Stir this together.

Heat a skillet to medium-high. Roll the mixture into balls. 

Coat the skillet with the olive oil. Flatten theme into patties and add them to the hot pan.

Brown each vegan steak on each side for 2-3 minutes. Set them aside for now.

Sauté the onions until they soften. Add the mushrooms cook them for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and seasoning. Stir as they cook until fragrant.

Stir in the vegan butter. Then add the flour and stir to coat everything. 

Add the remaining gravy ingredients to the skillet. Bring this to a boil and lower the heat. Let this cook and thicken for 5 minutes.

Place the patties into the pan and let this cook for 10 minutes. Occasionally ladle gravy over them as they heat through.

Enjoy over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice!
