Vegan Spaghetti Bake

Something incredible happens when you take cheesy vegan spaghetti a step further by baking it in the oven!


Preheat the oven and grease a large casserole dish. Dice the onions and mince the garlic.

Boil the spaghetti to al dente according to the package instructions.

Sauté the garlic and onions in a large pan.

Stir in the vegan crumbles and let them cook until they start to crisp up.

Pour in the sauce, diced  tomatoes, and seasoning.

Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes. 

Add some of the vegan mozzarella and the sauce to the drained pasta. Stir them together.

Pour the pasta into the greased dish and spread the noodles out.

Top the pasta with the vegan parmesan and remaining vegan mozzarella.

Cover the dish and bake the spaghetti until the cheese is mostly melted.

Garnish the baked spaghetti with fresh herbs and enjoy!
