Vegan  Stir Fry Noodles

These Vegan Stir Fry Noodles are full of irresistible flavor and easily come together in just 20 minutes! 


Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions.

Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, vegetable broth, orange juice, and cornstarch to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk this together until it’s blended.

Sauté the mushrooms, carrots, and celery for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the sauce mixture and let it cook for a few more minutes.

Turn the heat down to low and stir in the noodles.
