Vegan Stir Fry Noodles

Loaded with spicy flavor, these vegan stir fry noodles come together in just 25 minutes! Fresh sautéed veggies and a homemade stir fry sauce create a tasty weeknight meal!

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Usually, you will soak them and/or give them quick boil.

For stir fry sauce, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, orange juice, brown sugar, and cornstarch.

For seasoning, mix garlic powder, pepper, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and  ginger.

Saute' freshly sliced veggies. Add the stir fry sauce and seasoning to the pan. The sauce will start to thicken.

Add the rice noodles to the pan. Toss them with sauce and veggies. Remove the pan from the heat after 1-2 minutes so they don't overcook.
