Stuffed Shells (Vegan)

Amazing flavors easily come together in this comforting meal of Vegan Stuffed Shells!

Ingredients

Preheat the oven and start to boil the shells to al-dente.

Sauté the onions, garlic, zucchini, and baby spinach.

Combine them with the vegan cheese, hummus, herbs, and seasoning.

Pour the pasta sauce into a 9x13 oven-safe dish. Put the shell filling into a piping bag and fill each shell.

Add vegan mozzarella to the top of the shells. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake them for 25 minutes.
