Vegan Tres Leches

This irresistible dessert strikes the perfect balance of sweetness. It's so creamy and comforting while also tasting fresh and light!

Ingredients

Make the vegan buttermilk by combining plant milk with apple cider vinegar.

For the cake, whisk the dry ingredients together. Pour in the wet ingredients.

Mix the batter until it’s combined. Pour it into a greased dish and bake it for about 30 minutes.

Pour the vegan sweetened condensed milk, vegan evaporated milk, and plant-based milk into a jar. Shake it until it's combined.

Poke holes into the cake. Slowly pour the milk mixture all over. 

Cover the dish and chill it for at least an hour. It's best if the cake is able to absorb the milk syrup overnight if you can.

Top the cake with plant-based whip cream. Add a light dusting of cinnamon and fresh berries.
