Vegan Tuna Pasta Salad

Your favorite pasta, chickpea “tuna,” fresh dill, and loads of veggies, are tossed with a tangy, creamy dressing.


Boil the pasta to al dente. Add the frozen peas into the boiling pasta just before draining it.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas before adding them to a large mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash them.

Dice the onions and celery, then add them to the bowl.

Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.

Add the peas, pasta, dressing, and fresh dill to the large bowl. Stir everything together.

Cover and chill the pasta in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
