Vegan Walking Tacos (Frito Pie)

A quick and easy meal idea that everyone will love!

Ingredients

Add the beans, jalapeño, and taco seasoning to a pan over medium heat.

While the beans are cooking (10 minutes), prepare the other toppings. 

Mash the beans with a fork and cook for 5 more minutes.

Gently crush the chips while the bags are still closed. Cut or tear one end of each bag. 

Layer the beans and any other desired toppings right into the chip bags. Enjoy your walking taco with a fork!
