Veggie Noodle Stir Fry

Fresh sautéed vegetables and a delicious homemade stir-fry sauce create a great weeknight meal that the whole family will love!

Ingredients To Use

Make the rice noodles according to the package instructions.

Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, broth, orange juice, and cornstarch to a bowl. Whisk them together.

Sauté the mushrooms, carrots, and celery for a few minutes. Then, stir in the sauce mixture and let it cook for a 2-3 more minutes.

Turn the heat down and stir in the noodles. Enjoy!
