Zucchini Banana Bread (Vegan)

This easy quick bread is so moist and delicious. Everyone will love it for breakfast or snack!

Ingredients Needed

Grate the zucchini and press the shreds on a lint-free kitchen towel to absorb the excess moisture.

Mash the bananas, leaving a few small chunks for texture.

Mix the bananas with the zucchini, brown sugar, plant based milk, oil, and vanilla extract. 

Use a sifter to add in the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate.

Stir them together without overmixing.

Mix in the optional vegan chocolate chips.

Spread the batter into the bread pan. Smooth the top of it out and add some more chocolate chips on top.  

Bake the bread for about an hour. Take it out of the oven when a toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool down before slicing it. Enjoy!
