Easy Date Snickers

These easy date snickers are chocolatey, chewy, crunchy morsels that are perfect for sweet tooth cravings!

Just a few ingredients!

Chop peanuts and remove the seeds from the dates, if they are not already pitted.

Slice the dates in half (lengthwise) to make a total of 10 "boats."

Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add some water if it’s too thick to stir through.

Pipe 1-2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture into the hollow of each date.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.

Dip the dates in the chocolate. Keep the peanut butter side up as you spoon chocolate over the top.

Place each date on the parchment paper. Sprinkle chopped nuts and sea salt on top.

Let the dates cool in the freezer for 10 minutes. Enjoy them as soon as the chocolate sets.
