5 Ingredient  Vegan Banana Bread

This Vegan Banana Bread is so moist, fluffy, and delicious! It's such a simple recipe to whip up and only needs 5 ingredients.


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan and add a strip of parchment paper if you plan to remove the bread from the pan before slicing it.

Melt the vegan butter for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Let it cool down for a few minutes while preparing the bananas.

Mash the bananas, leaving a few small chunks for texture. Put them in a large bowl mixing bowl.

Stir in the melted butter and brown sugar.

Use a sifter to add in the flour and baking powder. Gently fold everything together until you don’t see any more streaks of flour.

Spoon the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake it for 45-55 minutes.
