Cherry Tomato Sauce

This sauce is the perfect blend of tomatoes, Italian-inspired seasoning, and a hint of vegan creaminess! Spoon it over your pasta or serve it as a dipping sauce.


Bring a large pan to medium heat. Add olive oil and onions to it. Stir them for about 2 minutes as they start to appear translucent.

Add tomatoes and garlic. Stir them as they cook for another 3 minutes or until they have softened.

Mix in the tomato sauce and seasoning. Stir occasionally while the sauce cooks for 5 minutes.

Lower the heat to medium-low, then add the plant milk and basil leaves.

Cook the sauce for another 10 minutes, occasionally stirring as it fully emulsifies.
