Easy Vegan Egg Roll In A Bowl

This easy vegan egg roll in a bowl is full of healthy veggies and ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Sauté the onions and mushrooms until they're softened. Stir in the sauce ingredients.

Add half of the cabbage and carrots to the pan. Sauté them for about 3 minutes, stirring regularly. 

Add the rest of it and sauté this until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Serve this over rice or enjoy it as is!

I like to eat this with a vegan chili mayo sauce and fried wonton strips. Yum!
