Easy Vegan  French Toast

Each decadent slice has a crispy sweet layer on the outside and a soft creamy custard center. Drizzle maple syrup overtop and enjoy the most divine vegan breakfast! 


Cut the bread into thick slices if it isn’t already. 

Whisk together brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Pour Just Egg, vegan creamer, vanilla, and almond extract into a shallow dish. Stir everything together.

Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium. Add vegan butter to the pan.

Dip the slices into the mixture for 30 seconds on each side and shake off the excess.

Pan fry the french toast for 3-4 minutes on each side until the slices are golden brown.
