Easy Vegan Ravioli

You just need a few easy-to-find ingredients, simple equipment, and a smooth countertop to pull this Vegan Ravioli together.

Just A Few Ingredients

Mix the flour, salt, olive oil, and water. Stir it until it starts to stick together.

Knead the dough for a few minutes.

Form it into a mound and cover it with plastic wrap. Chill it for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spinach in a pan. Chop it and add it to a bowl. 

Mix the spinach with the basil, parsley, vegan cheeses, and seasoning.

Roll the dough onto a floured surface into a flat sheet.

Cut the dough into round circles with a drinking glass or cookie cutter.

Add some of the spinach filling. Brush water around the edge of another circle and press it on top.

Seal the ravioli by firmly pressing down with a fork. Repeat these steps until all of the ravioli is stuffed.

Add a few pockets to a large pot of boiling water. Let them boil until they float. Repeat until all the pasta has been cooked.
