Jackfruit Burgers

These Jackfruit Burgers are so easy and delicious! All plant-based ingredients easily come together to form the most crave-worthy patties.

Ingredients

Rinse the jackfruit through a colander and pat it dry. Let it air dry further while gathering the other ingredients.

Add the oats to the food processor and pulse them into a fine consistency.

Then add the remaining patty ingredients (jackfruit, nutritional yeast, onion, ketchup, and seasoning). Pulse this into a moist mixture.

Transfer the ground jackfruit mixture to a bowl, cover it, and let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat a large pan to medium then coat it with a thin layer of olive oil. Form 4 thick patties that are about ⅓ cup each. The patties will be moist.

Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

Add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
