Naturally Blue Smoothie Bowl

Frozen bananas, peaches, and pineapple are blended into a tropical medley. Maple syrup and vanilla give it a cozy warmth while blue spirulina naturally colors it a gorgeous blue.


Chop the fresh fruit into chunks and spread them onto a tray in a single layer.

Place them in the freezer for 2+ hours.

Add the frozen fruit, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spirulina to a blender. 

Pulse it into a creamy mixture, pausing occasionally to scrape down the sides.

Spoon the smoothie mixture into bowls and top them with your favorite toppings.
