Vegan Protein Waffles

These protein waffles (vegan) are crispy on the outside, yet so soft and fluffy on the inside. 


Preheat the waffle maker and melt the coconut oil. Take the plant milk out of the refrigerator.

Whisk the dry ingredients together. Then, add the wet ingredients.

Gently fold everything together until you don't see anymore streaks of flour.

Add a few spoonfuls of the batter to the waffle iron. 

Cook each one for about 4-6 minutes. Carefully remove them with a fork or tongs.

Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
