Gather up the ingredients. Add everything to the blender. Blend for about 1 minute, or until the shake is smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into either one large cup or two smaller ones. Optional: Top it with plant-based whip cream, and a dusting of wheat germ and pumpkin pie spice.
