Prepare the Dough Cut cold butter into a mixture of flour, salt, and sugar. Stir in cold water.

Prepare the Dough Knead the ball of dough for about 3 minutes. Place it in the fridge while making the other components.

Prepare the Topping Cut butter into a mixture of brown sugar, cane sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

Make the Filling Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix apple slices with brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

Put it All Together Roll out the dough 8-12 inches over parchment paper.

Add the apple slices to the center of the dough. Fold the dough over the outer edge.

Press the streusel crumbles over the top of the galette.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
