Vegan Creamy  Tomato Pasta

A delicious saucy meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights!


Sauté the onions for about 3 minutes or until they are slightly translucent. Add the garlic and let it cook for 1 minute.

Add the crushed tomatoes, broth, seasoning, and pasta to the pot. Stir occasionally as the pasta cooks for 18-20 minutes.

Add the vegan creamer and vegan mozzarella. 

Fold in the spinach.

Enjoy the pasta topped with optional vegan parmesan and fresh parsley.
