Vegan French Toast

This vegan Just Egg French Toast will wake the entire house with a delicious aroma as soon as it hits the sizzling hot pan!

Ingredients

Slice the bread into thick ½-1 inch slices if it isn’t already sliced. 

Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together.

Pour the Just Egg, creamer, vanilla, and almond extract into the shallow dish. Whisk everything together.

Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegan butter to the pan.

Dip slices in the custard mixture just before adding them to the hot pan. Let them soak for about 30 seconds on each side and shake off the excess.

Pan fry the french toast slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
