Vegan Protein Waffles

Your healthy breakfast is just minutes away! These protein waffles are crispy on the outside, yet so soft and fluffy on the inside. 


Preheat the waffle iron and melt the coconut oil. Take the plant milk out of the refrigerator so that is starts to come to room temperature.

Add the flour, protein powder, cane sugar, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk them together until it's fully combined.

Gently fold in the coconut oil and plant milk just until you don't see anymore streaks of flour.

Add a few spoonfuls of the batter until it's about 1 centimeter away from the edge. The amount will vary based on the size of your waffle maker.

Cook each waffle for about 4-6 minutes until they are golden brown. Carefully remove them with a fork or tongs.

Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
