Vegan Scrambled Tofu Eggs

These tofu scrambled eggs are easily prepared and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

Drain and press the tofu for 15 minutes. 

Make the egg sauce by combining the plant milk and seasoning.

Sauté the onions and garlic in a large pan for 3-4 minutes.

Add the egg sauce, vegan cheese, and tofu.

Stir occasionally as it cooks for 10 minutes.

Enjoy your breakfast as is or as vegan egg sandwiches!
