Vegan Thai Noodle Salad

Fresh veggies, a creamy peanut sauce, and your favorite noodles easily come together in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients

Stir the sauce ingredients together. Let the sauce sit in the fridge for a few minutes while preparing the other ingredients.

Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook them to al dente according to their package instructions. 

Cut all of the vegetables and place them in a large mixing bowl while the noodles are cooking.

Toss everything together until it’s well combined.
