Vegan Tofu Scramble

The tofu scrambled eggs are easily prepared with pretty common and easy-to-find ingredients and it's ready in minutes.


Drain and press the tofu for 15 minutes. 

Dice the onions and the garlic. Make the egg sauce by combining the plant milk and seasoning.

Soften the onions and garlic in a large pan for 3-4 minutes.

Add the egg sauce, vegan cheese, and tofu to the pan.

Stir occasionally as it cooks for 10 minutes.
