Just Egg French Toast

Each vegan French toast slice has a crispy sweet layer on the outside and a soft cream center!


Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl.

Pour the Just Egg, creamer, vanilla, and almond extract into the shallow dish. 

Whisk everything together until it’s well combined.

Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegan butter to the pan and make sure the pan is fully coated with it.

Dip the slices in the custard before adding them to the hot pan. Let them soak for 10-20 seconds on each side.

Pan fry the french toast slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown. 

Repeat the soak and fry steps until all the slices are cooked.

 Serve the French toast warm with any of your favorite toppings and enjoy!
