These Jackfruit Burgers are the most delicious addition to any barbecue. All plant-based ingredients easily come together to form the most mouthwatering patties!

Instructions
Rinse the jackfruit through a colander and pat it dry. Let it air dry further while gathering the other ingredients.
Pulse the rolled oats into a fine consistency in a food processor. Add the remaining patty ingredients (jackfruit, nutritional yeast, onion, ketchup, and seasoning). Pulse this into a moist mixture.
Transfer the ground jackfruit mixture to a bowl, cover it, and let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat a large pan to medium, then coat it with a thin layer of olive oil. Form 4 thick patties that are about 1/3 cup each. The patties will be moist.
Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy. Add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!

Add the patties to the pan once it's sizzling hot for burgers that are crispy on the outside.
Try not to overcook the burgers! Sear the outside, but they should still be juicy on the inside.
