1/2 cup tahini sauce 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, packed 1/4 cup fresh parsley, packed 2-3 tbsp warm water 2 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp garlic powder
Add the parsley and cilantro leaves to a food processor or high-speed blender. Top them will all of the other ingredients.
Pulse the blender or processor until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Taste it to see if you'd like to add more seasoning and check the consistency to see if you'd like to make it thinner with a little more water.
You can mix it manually by finely chopping the herbs and whisking everything together by hand if a food processor isn't available.
It will thicken as it sits.
Store it in a sealed container for 5 days in the refrigerator.
